Believe me..
.. I do understand the conventions, which is why I apologised. But I also believe in saying what I think, and not pretending things don't happen when they do. In addition, I'd like to give new talent( i.e.- new members) a "leg-up". Some of the best stuff I've seen recently has been from people who are brilliantly skilled but can't afford the tools..
