# This is Kurt. He's a mechanic.


Kurt is a character developed by a couple of friends and I last year, he's great fun to write for and do art with and we do a lot of that between the three of us. You'll possibly see more of him, but this was the first time I put his description into image form. He's developed a lot more since then when he was 'born' in October 2011.

But if anything, he's quite the opposite in just about everything Murdoc is supposed to be, if you don't count the weird skin and sclera colour.

# Between the three of us, he's already got an ongoing story
which is coming to an end, with a new one planned to start in August or so this year. Ab and Annie and I have done a ton of art of the guy and he has a little following on the art site we post his stuff on, which makes us laugh. The whole point of creating Kurt was to develop "An anti-OC" (original character) because so many of them are just really dreadful, so we tried to come up with the most improbably and unappealing things to build him and strangely enough, he's turning out to be a strange success so now we don't know what to think.

Kurt's only fear is of spiders. Big or small, he hates them, and will blast them with a home-made flamethrower whenever he gets the chance...

Interesting fact: Henry Winkler can't ride a motorcycle. Just after the footage at the start of the show showing him riding the cycle was filmed, he ploughed into the set and vowed never to ride it again.

Thanks! It's actually an early 50's Cadillac, but I used some artistic license to alter the bumpers and bonnet badge, also left off the headlight 'eyebrows' :)
