True fax. At Marvin Davis' house in Denver. Gerald Ford was still alive and at the same place. When this little actor saw Gerald Ford he ran to him and Ford picked him up as if he were a child. The actor totally played up the I'm-the-adorable-little-boy-in-Ford's-arms bit even though he was a full grown man. Ford, as you know was president briefly following Nixon's resignation. He pardoned him thus ending his own career. I noticed he was the friendliest person there. Always jumping up and dashing around getting coffee for other people at his table. It was odd.
