# Top hole!
Talking of, the thought of Diana Rigg as Black Widow is making my the base of my tummy go all fizzy. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

The pic of Gambit is wonderfully smug - perfectly in character.

# Nice shield, Steed.
Also: This is the exact reason why the film was named 'Avengers Assemble' in the UK.

# you're right
it's pretty awful, Fiennes and Thurman are totally lacking in warmth. Sean Connery is bizarre too, the only decent characters are the secondary/minor ones.

It has maybe one nice if basic sequence: www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBPDG_0MQYI although the uploader isolated the music score.

They cut the film to shreds in editing to get the running time down to 90 minutes, so it barely makes sense. None of the trailer footage made the film at all. No idea if a 'directors cut' would be a better film, but it would have to be a more coherent one.
