Can you point me to a resource that will help me understand the humour? I've never seen the Rick & Morty thing.

Rick and Morty is similar to Ren & Stumpy, Rocko's Modern Life or even Spongebob

Kids like the visual humour whereas adults will understand the more undercurrent, mature tones
