# BJORK TO PLAY HAMBLE IN PLAY SCHOOL MOVIE.
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:12, archived)
# Slightly too loud a giggle
for this time of night.
Looks a very creepy Hamble. More of a Wednesdat Addams.

# i like bjork cos she's odd and nutty even if half her records are unbearable.
but i have never heard of hamble
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:15, archived)
# That's
cos you're a good 10 years younger than I am.
What about the big marble machine from Playschool?
Big Ted, Little Ted, Hamble, Humpty and Jemimah (I think)
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:18, archived)
# nope
i know, the youth of today and all. insert grumble
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:19, archived)
# i do however
have a not inconsiderable knowledge of rosey and jim
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:22, archived)
# Pah!
Rosey and Jim suck cheesy socks in comparison to stuff like Chorlton and the Wheelies.
Jamie and his Magic Torch...

# Never liked Jemimha.
She looked like a whore to me from the age of about three onwards. All rosey cheeks and fucking la-di-da.

Now Hamble was different. She was deeper, more at-ease with herself and a lot quieter.

# i really shouldnt admit this
but if i feel really low, i go to Bradford to visit Humpty and the gang at the museum
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:18, archived)
# Y
ou have got to be shitting us, right?

; )
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:19, archived)
# nope
i am afraid not...
I do then go and get plastered and make a fool of myself if that is any redemption
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:22, archived)
# It is.
Thanks for sharing that with the group.

(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:25, archived)
# oddly
i think the museum is the better and more appealing part of that tale.

i, however, resort to gardening. i shit ye not.
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:25, archived)
# i love my garden
but i dont get the time anymore
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:29, archived)
# As long as
you don't take Humpty out on a bender.
I bet he could sink a few pints though.
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:27, archived)
# Are they in
the NMFPT? I'll have to go next time I'm back!
What about the windows? What happened to the square window?
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:25, archived)
# they sure are!
windows n all
:)
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:27, archived)
# Whoop!
De fucking doo!!!!!
That is just so great!
All I need now is to be shown around by Flowella Benjamin and I'll as happy as Larry.
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:32, archived)
# im with you on this
that museum is ace. spent a lot of last summer there.
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:29, archived)
# What museum is it?
I'd like Fred Harris to show me around please
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:36, archived)
# The
National Museum of Film, Photography and Television.
It's got an Imax screen and a rather cool cinema with I think what is termed a Cinerama screen. And you can play with stuff!!!
(, Wed 7 Aug 2002, 1:39, archived)
# Oh, I've been there a few times
If that was the Museum of the moving image, or is that a different place. It's a few years since I've been to Bradford.
