I'm not sure if it's downloaded properly on my computer, but looks like a credible paintmash! A suggestion would be to convert it to a jpeg file format when saving, by selecting it as the file type rather than bmp.

make it a link for now as it is quite big
but then try exporting from paint as a jpeg or gif as these will me smaller and might not cock up

i'm afraid .BMPs are frowned upon
as they a flipping enormous. You'd do best to make that a link for now... especially as it seems to be corrupted. Then re upload a jpeg or gif or even a png as they will be about 1/10th the size :)
