I haven't played it, but know a group of people who did. In the marching band when I was in high school. Not to promote a post-90's stereotype or anything. Though I don't think they called it Soggy Bisbuit here in the states. Probably because we don't call them biscuits here. I think they callled it Cream the Cookie or something like that.

I really wish it WAS an urban legend.

I'm afraid to say that I was at a party where the guys there (straight AFAIK but very drunk) played it. Once I realised what it was that they were doing I quickly slipped away and hid in the kitchen for the rest of the party.
