smooth inner bevel layer effect
then add noise while locking the transparency motion blur a little and gaussian blur a little. Drop the contrast. ought to be close.

she's seven months pregnant
and in the last couple of days her house got burgled while she, her bloke and her son were upstairs asleep, and they nicked loads of her recording equipment - although they haven't yet said if any of her original stuff for the next album went.
