I like the idea
than a man called Dick Beattie exists and that he ALWAYS has the yellow paper hat, plastic moustache and red serviette on... as some kind of eccentricity....

I think that's why I like him so much. The thought of him getting up in the morning, puting on his yellow party hat, plastic moustache and red napkin really appeals to me.
