Here are some tips ...
1: Use the "preview" button. Funnily enough, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
2: Edit your old posts rather than making new ones (use the 'edit' link one the right of your name at the bottom of your post).
3: If you do make several broken posts, use the 'delete' link to remove the ones you don't want.
4: Shop a kitten !
5: Err ....
6: That's it.
