# i have read that thanks
i'm familiar with those techniques, but if anyone knows an easy way to knock out every other frame (for example), i'd be listening....

# Image Ready...
Ctrl-Select every other frame, hit the trash can.

Are you afraid of a little hard work?

[challenge entry] the size is fine
but a few useful tips...

You have the same background frame for the entire image, yet it keeps changing. If you kept the background as one frame and overlayed the arm/man/speaker blast, you'd save lots on filesize.

This is all depending you can overlay and chop stuff up in photoshop or gimp or something.
