Oils Well
It was called Oils Well, and it was hard. But maybe that's because I was only like 9 when I played it, and that was before 9yr old had computer games hardwired into their brains.

I had to play with actual toys. Some of which didn't even take batteries or have USB connections!!!

Ahh!
Thats a different game then. There was one called anteater, which is much like that picture above except you control an anteaters tongue.
