Are you sure thoes are KKK guys?

I'm pretty sure these guys are a Catholic religious order in Rome that happens to have similar hoods (seriously, although the ones I saw were dark blue). The SPQR flag, the extra foot of cone height, no buring cross, and the fact that it's daytime is unusual.
