I remember the Miners strike very clearly
I lived in a mining town. There were flying pickets, thugs who physically menaced people out of money in the street to "support the cause". It had nothing to do with the working class or improving conditions, it was about power, as all these things are.
They were stupid, and she won. Shame the stakes they played were so high.

she was playing vendetta politics with the miners. She crushed them and their livelihoods and therefore those of their families and neighbours.

the way she saved this country
well i say country i mean the bit near the bottom, well i say bottom i mean the bottom right hand cornere, well i say that i meant anyone on over £50 grand, she created what we have today,
selling off council houses, milk from children, rich get richer, closure of mines, she started the destruction of the NHS. She set the ball rolling for everything tony blair is doing today. Privitisation, its getting away with murder.
