not... I had to jump up and down about 30 times in a circle... I videoed it so i could get the frame at the top of each jump.

Although the swivel technique, say a pund of butter, and the bottom half of a rotary clothes line would have saved all that unneccesary jumping....

I opened up the video in a video player, scrubbed along the timeline to each of the frames I wanted, pressed "PrintScrn" and then pasted into photoshop. Then I used Gif Movie Gear to put all the PS layers into frames of a gif...

save all images from print screen in a separate folder
then in image ready go file import folder as frames
it will load all pictures as frames ready for editing so much quicker
