I was thinking space turbines that are powered by solar winds
then transfer energy to the surface using waves.

They would float around the earth shooting waves of energy that hum like a cocopheny of angry bees.

Surely not??
Wind turbines are powered by the force (resistance) of air (wind) pushing the blades. There is no air in space therefore nothing to turn the blades.
