Edit: I don't believe there are, but unofficially I bet there will be. There are questions over how many times it will have to load, and obviously even a small increase in file size will affect how much is loaded every, obsessive, refresh ;)

The theory being that in this day and age, browsers cache files so they don't have to be downloaded every refresh.

Of course, I'm forgetting about the two and a half users who don't use a v4 or better browser...
