I reckon the compo idea is a bit stale.
A compo week, a no compo week/two no compo weeks followed by another'd probably inspire a bit more creativity.

I think a big part of that is that 90% of the people who vote are single posters who find an obvious idea with a compo
and don't realise that everyone else has had the same god damn thought already and that the compo has shit all scope.
