I was looking at those captive slave rings you can get from Wildcat, they're very nice. I'm not really wanting to get an owner's brand *just* yet, although it's something I'd like to do eventually.

ebay, from memory
i have a thing for permanent jewellery, it's about 7 or 8mm diameter solid stainless steel, and has a little worm screw that fastens it. you then snap off the screw key, so you'd need to drill or saw it off.

and a silver ring that says 'slave' which gets some funny looks at work...
