Snake's back - snapping necks, saying "my names SOLID SNAKE *heeheeheeheehee*
that could mean something rude like a stiff wang", and mincing around...

I'm almost speechless.
Only almost though. I'm listening to the new Jarvis Cocker album, it's not bad.

I'm currently fairly undecided...probably buy it...
It would be worth it for Fat Children. Download it, then decide if you want to buy it.

it's definitely one of those albums you need to listen to a good 6 or 7 times before you start really liking all the tracks
The first couple of listens, I thought 'it's ok'
2 weeks later of pretty much constantly listening to it, and I fucking love it.

I always wonder about stuff like that
it's reaching a point of brain washing.
I love albums that you only get after a few listens, but there is a point where what you are actually doing is tricking your brain in to thinking you like something due to the repetition and it thinking "this is familiar, it must be something I like and have memorised".
Its how Robbie Williams and Oasis sell records, pay for radio stations to play a track so many times per hour and eventually people have a tune in their head that they think they must like.
All that said, I like Jarvis and think he's a top chap so shall be buying it anyway :)

I've always found the albums I've had to listen to a few times before liking them
are the ones that become my favourite albums of all time. Perfect example being Pills Thrills and Bellyaches, I couldn't stand it when I first heard it, now it's something I can always listen to.

I know what you mean, but I do think it is a genuinely good album. Some tracks are just less 'obvious' and need a few listens before you really get the gist of what he is trying to say in the song. I'm sure a lot of people will be expecting Pulp style ditties - but if so they will be disappointed.

I loved the track he almost released as a single a couple of months back
(but couldn't due to the swearing and Daily Mail uproar it would have caused) best thing he's ever done - and that includes Razzmatazz!

I think it's a bonus track on the CD (30 minutes from the end type job)
I downloaded it from itunes so I didn't get it

I like your use of
hi and low res chopping on the screen grab.
not so keen on l33t speak MSPainting, I reckon it would probably be a bit of a masterpiece with some proper text mixed in, and if you kept it even nearer the 50k mark (which you must have been past several times to get the artifacts up like that ;) then you'd win even more fans.
