I've just made mincemeat croissants (with a cinnamon frosting). They are rather tasty if I do say so myself.

oh it's a
piece of piss. Roll up some mincemeat in the chilled croissant dough (I got sara lee stuff from tesco) and drizzle this icing stuff over it. Bit of icing sugar, those little black bits of vanilla from the pod and cinnamon mixed up in warm water.
15 minutes at 180 in oven.
