simple.
As has been said, this compo is mostly more of a caption job than an image challenge. I think next week's should have a ban on text within the image - bit of old skool image work.

that's rather a splendid idea. I have developed quite a thing for Elephants recently.

only less practical as house pets.

in my opinion this is the worse challenge we've had (no offence) yet it is the one that has reached the widest audience!

..it's just not very image-based. And is thus easier to create for.
I don't have a problem with it... variety is good. I just think we should spin it the other way this week and go for a pure image effort.

i like the pure image stuff to be honest.
some of the captions have been excellent. fairdos :)

I don't have a problem with it, I couldn't decide what company to slag off! it's a generic compo entry.
the text at the bottom seems a bit harsh though, I should remove that really..

good challenge. Just that people have tended to get stuck on a theme - too many tampax ads etc.

Still, I guess I should have thought it through a little more before I put pinkies to keyboard.
Trouble is, although it's possible to be clever with this competition, I forgot that while a lot of folks have problems with the art tools on 'tato, the text tool is very easy to work with...
Ho-hum.
Sorry folks :(
