If everyone had to stick to the brief
there would be fewer entries and people would use a bit more thought. Instead of latching on to "lets do drugs for kids" again.

Also, people might go off and do something more interesting to post instead. You don't have to enter the image challenge.

the best entrys are always the ones that work hard
at creating something within the boundries of the compo

anyone can make some toss up that loosely ties in
with the challenge, but then, where's the CHALLENGE in that?
