I volunteer at a charity which has Vista on the company laptop...and I'm the only one who can operate it :( It really isn't very user friendly :(

i think most people dont like change
but i'd rather change to vista then to mac

vista isnt really all that bad, its just only new laptops and computers can handle it really cus is so RAM hungry
