there is an ongoing application for my local area to get a store there
(tescos have not yet fully tapped into the north noroflk market)
After a few years back and forth they finally got up in the last planning meeting and basically said
"If we don't get this, we'll take the local authority to court, and we have the resources and backing to bankrupt the council with how far we'll take it"
it was passed shortly after, and they're now wrangling out the conditions
