I haven't played CIVIII properly yet, I installed it ages ago and haven't been able to get into it
Restauraunt empire is a crappy strategy game £3 from morrisons I think.

Yes
I believe it does, although I haven't abused it yet as I am abusing alluc instead. With Sky Anytime you have to down load the program so Alluc is easier just to click and watch.
