Maybe in North Jersey some people may sound like that, but that is only because they are near New York City and they think they're part of the greatest city in the world or something. They're a load of cocks up there, anybody who thinks NYC is the best place in the world is a cock.

However, in South Jersey, we do say water so it sounds like "wooder" sometimes. Also, Mondee, Tuesdee, Wednesdee, Thursdeee, etc. I don't do that, but some people do.
