I already refer to the Scott Monument as Thunderbird 3 but it's good to have proof!
Incidentally, I once overheard some tourists in Edinburgh:
"What's that?"
"That's the Scott Monument, and it's built in memory of Robbie Burns."

A few years ago I was walking down North bridge and heard a pair of tourists talking and (bear in mind that the big hotel was owned by the Forte group at the time) one actually suggested to the other that the hotel was the castle because it had "FORT" written on the side of it.
That's a 100% true fact!
