Welcome to b3ta, pull up a kitten and make yourself comfy.

kaphooay
custard kills puddings. why would you do that?
(
deshnoodle agonising over sig files since 1995, Fri 3 Aug 2007, 20:36,
archived)
no it doesn't
It makes overly-rich or sweet puddings more palatable, and stops dry puddings from sapping all your moisture.
(
Pavlov'sDog is all out of pavlova, Fri 3 Aug 2007, 20:43,

it also gives a pudding added custard
which is never a bad thing.

i love custard, the skin on custard, cold custard, custard tarts
why don't custard cremes have real custard in them?
and none of that bollocks creme englaise with bits in either, it's got to be bright yellow and thick.
also welcome new person.
