thing I ever heard. What's not to like about astronomy. Normal physics is boring, quantum mechanics gets better but astrophysics FTW ( and the headfuck )

Well, mostly it wasn't my choice.
I did Physics with Philosophy, so I just did the core Physics stuff and had no real options in it until the third year.
By which time I was well behind on astronomy and doing a course in it would have been tricky.
So I did particle physics and quantum and stuff instead.
