Boris is an utter loon,
but he is eminently capable of surrounding himself with excellent people as well as having no time for toadies.

I think that he would make a superb leader.

To be precise, Darius Guppy tried to organise a (News of the World) journalist getting beaten up
And Boris agreed to give him the guy's address, provided the beating wasn't too severe.
I fear Boris might be a bit too easily persuaded to go along with things in general.
