I saw a fella called Michael Tilson Thomas conducting the LSO a few years ago and he did the same. You should check that video though, he is phenomenal!

My girlfriend is a violinist so she's trying to convert me to classical music.
So far I only really like the big angry stuff, so Shostakovich is great.
