And a suit like that. And white satin suit with baby blue, pink-dotted, silk lining that I often rolled the sleeves up on.

I thought
of myself as more of a poor man's David Sylvian but yes, I did quite fancy myself as some kind of Miami Vice type chap with no socks under my deck shoes, driving around in my Porsche 928 S2.
I was in my 20's dammit, leave me alone.

I'm pretty sure he had a lot to do with it
but again, mine had different influences. I spent most of my civilian life sporting this exact haircut and colour.
