what's the name of that 80s post-apocalyptic black comedy (I think it was Australian) which focused on the survivors partying in a leaky bunker til they all die of radiation poisoning?

It included people putting their heads in a microwave for fun (while the crowd chanted "DE-FROST! DE-FROST!"), and a strangely touching scene where a nerdy guy was trying to get the courage to ask a girl on the other side of the room to dance but by the time he did she was dead but he danced with her anyway.
