# What I like about Peter Kaye is his knowledge of 80's adverts
I wish I still had my old star wars on betamax recorded in 1981 mainly for the adverts

Clydesdale bank readycash advert with a young stephen hendry was good and also the old mcEwans export ones with the dummy cavalier.

# I found a copy of Life of Brian taped the first time it was shown on tv after having been banned.
Old channel 4, milk tray ads, Russ Abbott Hamlet ads, truly excellent

# hahahaha YES!
I have had a bet with one of my mates for about 5 yrs disputing an old public information film......

It's about reversing lorries into a loading bay.

There's a lorry driver reversing a lorry and a guy in a brown "warehouseman"jacket and a bunnet (flat cap)guiding him back. He's guiding him in in French because it says Marseilles on the lorry......

at the end he goes up to the driver and talks to him......
I think that he says "I didn't know that there were many French Fellahs in sheffield"

My mate thinks that it's Birmingham.

I can't find evidence to prove him wrong.

What does everyone else think ?

1)sheffield
2)birmingham

??????

# aren't you meant to be at work?

# I am there
but the person didn't turn up to do the experiment, which is a bit cuntish as it's a public holiday and I wouldnt have come in or have gotten up so early if it wasnt for the fact I had to be here. I also had to walk 15 minutes through heavy sleet. What a cunt.

in reference to the video, I didn't just find it this moment, but about 6 months ago, it delights me still.
