# To big, this is an easy method:
once you have all frames in imageready create a new layer at the top of the others,
so it's at the top of the layers panel
then create a new imageready file; 1 px wide 2 px deep, transparent background,
fill in the top px black then click
edit: define pattern
then, back on the main animation on the new blank layer (which should be transparent)
click edit - fill - pattern, and don't click preserve transparency.
It 'should' then put the scanlines over all the frames for you
and there you are.

create a new layer it tatty shop
select a dark colour from your image
draw a 1 pixel horizontal line on your new layer
duplicate that layer
move it down 2 pixels
merge layers
duplicate layer
move new one down 4 pixels
merge layers
duplicate, move, merge, duplicatemovemerge
until you have a single layer where every other line is a scan line
