people who can promise you passports tend to have to take the odd day off or two, y'know, booking a last-minute flight to bolivia, or hiding in a hollowed out partition wall.

All she had to do was update the system when I spoke to her yesterday
My passport is ready but they are adamant it is going to be posted to me and not picked up by my brother as arranged with her yesterday.

This is not the first time it's happened. My passport was stuck for 2 weeks due to ONE person being on holiday in the middle of dealing with my application.

Amazing when the entire process is supposed to take 2 weeks and it's 7 weeks down the line.
