I don't understand why we have entries which
seem to follow the process "America becoming poor - America becoming third-world country - American's adopting culture of Islamic countries and dressing in burqas"

How on Earth does that follow? Is a puzzlement.

Arabic is spoken in many third world countries. Therefore, one way to make America look a bit third world might be to make it look a bit Arabic.

If the challenge was to make America look like some third-world countries currently do, then yeah. But shirley it's more imagining America collapsing into third-world status after its economy collapses? Which leads to funnier pictures too, imho... I mean, if you're just trying to make it look like some third-world countries currently do, why not go "Lots of third-world countries have a mostly black population.
