# I would offer my opinion here but I fear whatever I say would implicate me in some dim light.
However tits are more comparable to pectorals and male's chests than anything. And nether-regions to nether-regions. And neither gender's genitals are particularly appealing visually if you just look at them objectively, you can appreciate them when you take in all the experience, sight, smells and sensual data and what you associate them with.

But actually one looks like a bird regurgatating and the other like a melted french actor.

# Oh my, now there's two analogies I wasn't expecting.
Good ones though.

# My point stands though, neither parts are particularly pleasant to look at without bringing what they actually represent into it.
Similarly there's the issue of people who like pre-op transexuals and their penises, but would find an exactly indentical penis on a man repellent.

# I think vulvas can be quite pretty.

# Again it's more association than anything.
It is only a bit of pink flesh, in fact it pretty much looks like half cooked chicken. And even the shape, there's not really anything inherently appealing about it.

# I'd have to say that, in my opinion,
if breasts are considered genitals they are generally appealing looking at them in any way. But I am a man who likes them very much so I may be biased.
