Well your router
ought to deal with that. There should simply be the option to set up port-forwarding. The router will know what its own IP is and rebuild the firewall rules accordingly.
I don't know anything about Zone Alarms, but naturally you'll need to open the ports you need on your PC too.

The dynamic IP issue would only really affect DNS lookups for a domain name pointing to your IP. You can get around that with dynamic DNS services like dyndns.com

yeah turn off all your windows/zone alarm firewalls until you get what it is working
then turn then back on and fix those to work
