Try Allen Carr's the Easyway to stop smoking, thats what i used, and its going great so far...
You can smoke while you read it aswell..

Havnt had any withdrawl pangs or anything. Perfectly happy with it.. Nicotine replacment didnt help, the book tells you not to.. and just stopping didnt help either, because i felt i was missing out on somthing.
But once the book told me to have my last cig, I smoked it, and feel like a non-smoker now.. rather than an ex-smoker whos jealous of smokers, and gets all upity with them ;)

as long as you want to quit.

as i had quit 3 time previous.
but 2 and a half years smoke free now. apart from a special cigar that i had at a celebration.
