# Even if I had money, I doubt I'd buy them.
They're there on the webternets and I'd rather donate my money to spending time with my girlfriend without letting her use all her money on me, like she tends to do.
I feel bad about it D:

# in ten years time
when you have a salary, start going through your music collection and replacing the mp3s you've downloaded with cds or whatever is aroudn at the time.

two main benefits. firstly, mp3s are wank. replacing them will only work, of course, if the world goes in such a way that we don't fall even more in love with lossless codecs -- basically, if apple start letting us download things in apple lossless from itunes, then music is saved. they won't, because apple are wankers. (apple lossless is shite, but at least it's lossless.)

two, err, yeah. two, at least the artist gets some money from it. fuck the massive ones, radiohead don't need our money, but there's lots of bands that are pretty small and deserve what they can get.

the ideal, of course, is buying it straight from them at a gig. but that doesn't happen often :(
