Talk to her. Tell her you like her a lot and would like to see her more. Ask her if she likes you. Heck, I don't know the words and I'm pretty sure that girls don't care about the words because the words don't matter if the question is right.

Life isn't lived unless you take risks. Best case here, you realise a romantic relationship with the girl. Worst case, you read the situation wrong, she doesn't have a romantic interest in you and doesn't want to see you again. Fortunately the worst rarely happens. Take a risk mate. The rewards can be amazing.
