Yes yes
You have to give him credit for getting to the top using legally dubious practices, ruining the OS market so that the worst OS stays on top and making more money than anyone else in the process.

I guess it does take a special person to sell crap software and get nearly everyone in the world using it.

Although I think the programmers of Windows 2000 do deserve some slack for making a windoze compatible OS that is actually stable. Thats no easy task :)
