Ooh, nice redwing!
We used to get fieldfares in my garden when it was very cold. Lovely birds, especially when they fly away and you get the flashes of red.

Anywhere between an hour and a day, I 'spose.
Depends on how much 'the fear' takes me when drawing and how complex the picture. I always get this element of self-doubt when drawing, usually about a third of the way through, but it's slowly disappearing as I practice more. Nearly everyone on birdforum gets the same when doing artwork...
