At least 320 x 240, and clear files, no artifacts or dodgy jpg compression things please.

for keyframes, literally anything is ok, maybe nothing really offensive or pornographic though. It works best if it's random, so whatever frame you give it'll have a random partner so there's no real way of guessing what will be good or bad. So just nice quality pics, the content can be whatever. :)
