Is it a large company?
Regardless of size, see if their tech support might be willing to forward your issue to their network people (after they have you wipe your harddrive and reload your operating system of course)

To be honest, I suspected it was an ISP problem, I just wanted some more technical people, such as yourself, to suggest issues with my machine before I got involved with tech support.
Formatting hard drive as we speak :)
