you can if you import the clip into flash
it will break it down into individulal pics then just copy and pastte the frames you want, hopefully not sure if it puts then into .jpg tho

I use a freeware program called youtube downloader
youtubedownload.altervista.org/ it can convert the vid to mov, the you open it in imageready or whatever. :)
