You can fit a lot in a tardis...
Magic bonus points for finding the second elephant, which is somewhere outside the tardis!

Outside the tardis?!

Clues will come if there's no response by the time I go to bed (few hours).
Good luck ^_^

I opened Photoshop, pasted this in, tineyed for your source image, pasted that on top, set the layer mode to difference
All to find out you've actually not changed it at all. SIGH.

BAH!
I was just in the middle of shopping a Tardised Heffalump! I only had two ideas for this compo and they've both bindun now.
Still clicky anyway and I think the second heffalump is behind the Tardis. A long way away.

Yup!
Congrats! Now let's see if anyone else gets this far...
(after testing this on irc, it seems the implication that the elephant is just *inside* the tardis wasn't explicit enough. Should have shoved a trunk sticking out or something.)

'fraid not.
Clue: it's rather similar to the one that just got posted by DogHorse at the top of the board now, but you have to dig a bit further than their one.

I'm digging!
Believe me I'm digging. I am determined to find it otherwise I'll never get to sleep tonight. And I'm a bunny who needs lots of sleep.

YAY
I was inspired by a question on a puzzlehunt that I did recently (and was on the team that won, woo!)

Although what they did was *much* more evil than what I have done here, if such a thing is possible.
